The only issue I have is with the telemetrics on the app; despite scoring gold for every single drive I do, I still get an overall score of silver/bronze. My job means I travel frequently as a passenger in other people's cars - I used to diligently change my status to "passenger" for those journeys, but this seems to make no difference, as these journeys are the only reason I can see for my score not averaging as gold. As a gold score would possibly bring my premium down, I feel slightly cheated that this process isn't as accurate as it could be and this could do with looking into. Read more Read less
